Injecting bold spaces into a Grade II Listed Villa
Kensington, London (2023-24)
The brief was to transform multiple interior spaces within a semi-detached Grade II Listed 3-storey villa. Within a Conservation area, this 220sqm property needed bold custom-made spaces to address numerous client needs and invoke various moods.
Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent for an additional ensuite and ancillary storage within the attic were acquired prior to commencement.
PHASE 1
Transform guest bedroom into a calm and welcoming space inclusive of the insertion of a new ensuite.
Redesign adult child’s bedroom for extensive book collection and photo displays.
PHASE 2
Reconfigured master suite with an inserted stair to the existing attic, resulting in new access to a refurbished ensuite and a new dressing room/ storage in converted attic.
Bespoke joinery & soft furnishings for 3 bedrooms in various moods to suit different needs.
