The brief was to achieve Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent for layout changes as well as material changes through a full refurbishment of the property, within a strict budget.

  • New rear façade glazing & new glazed roof for the existing conservatory

  • Partial layout refiguration: new kitchen, new ensuites/ bathrooms & cloakroom

  • Redesign of electro-mechanical services and addition of UFH

  • Bespoke joinery of kitchen, lounge, bedrooms & bathrooms

  • Selection of new finishes

  • Coordination with Heritage Consultants

  • Compliance with Building Control Regulations
